There is a story of the two trees in Genesis that most people misunderstand; but it describes and age old formula that is used to take people out of a relationship with God. This formula is made up of three things and reiterated in the Old and New Testaments with many examples given for each. Deception will come and take people out, but HOW they are taken out is made known by the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. This is part 2 of a multi-part series which will go over the concept of a Red Herring and how the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil uses this to divert our attention from the real issues.
