Jesus Christ came as a bond servant providing us the ultimate example of how to live our lives. Patience, compassion and forgiveness are three character traits that Jesus exhibited in his conduct and life. He taught us that whoever is the greatest should be as the least and the servant of all—humble and teachable like a child. Christ showed great compassion on the masses by his desire to heal the sick and to feed them when they were hungry. In a supreme act of forgiveness on the cross, Christ asks God the Father to forgive those who put him to death. Let us emulate Christ’s example of patience, compassion and forgiveness walking worthy of our calling!
