Why speak about Pentecost after the Holy Day? Pentecost not only looks back to the wave sheaf of Christ and the early Spring Harvest, but forward to our own presentation before God and the rest of the Fall Feast Days. Believers walk with Christ from Pentecost toward Trumpets and ultimate glorification understanding the relationship between law and grace. While the resurrection occurs at Trumpets, a resurrection of sorts has already occurred in baptized members, as they continually present before God and carry out much of the same responsibilities that will be done after glorification.
