Many people believe Peter was the first pope of the Catholic Church. What did Christ really say in Matthew 16:18-19? Two different Greek words translated “rock” were used. He attended Ambassador College in Big Sandy, Texas from 1990 – 1994 and currently works in the IT department of a local hospital.
