Generally, when we lose someone to death we go through a period of mourning. In Matthew 5:4, Jesus tells us we're blessed if we're in a state of mourning and He tells us we'll be comforted.

In Matthew 5:3 Jesus tells us we're blessed if we live being "poor in spirit". Wouldn't it seem better for us to be "rich in spirit"? What does it look like to live your life "poor in spirit"?
