The hubris and nefariousness sides of the 21st Century Tower of Babel times our scholar Dr. Ward aptly describes as 4th Industrial revolution is changing our world at a staggering speed. Evil increases exponentially reminding us clearly of the beginning of the 20th Century prior to the second version of the original [1618–1648] ‘30 years’ war’ between 1914 & 1944. Transgenderism [Rachel Leland Levine], transhumanism, trans-marriage, human trafficking [Pete Buttigieg & ‘his husband’s 2 adopted children’], fiat money printing [FED, BoE & ECB], abortion, scourge of pornography, LGBTQ+, neocon liberalism exemplifying Friedrich Nietzsche’s ‘Umwertung aller Werte’ [Transvaluation of all values] thus anything AGAINST God’s law being promoted as a liberal sign of ‘freedom’ spearheaded by state of the art technology and Artificial Intelligence [AI]. Those who think that Jesus Christ was a created Being are spiritual morons and air-heads—sorry but I do not adhere to political correctness—There are sufficient scriptures in the bible, starting with the genealogy of Jesus Christ in John 1:1 proving that Christ is a NON-CREATED BEING, Co-Eternal OUTSIDE of TIME-‘in the beginning’, SPACE ‘God created the heavens’ and MATTER, ‘and the earth.’—with God El Elion [God The Most High or God The Father] He Himself created. Remember one scripture [at least] when Christ answers the Pharisees and replies to them: 'Before Abraham I am': John 8:48-59.

Birthright is not always the reward of the first-born; it is either at God’s discretion in the case of Jacob & Ephraim or as a consequence of sin in the case of Reuben. Abraham’s Godly birth-right promise was passed on to Isaac & Jacob. The patriarchal priesthood was then transferred to the house of Levi down to Jesus Christ granting us, via God’s unfathomable grace, access to the Holy of Holies 24/7. We are God’s Royal Priesthood; God’s chosen First-Born Elect; His Inheritance following on the footsteps of the True Wave-Sheaf Offering Jesus Christ our Elder Brother blazing our spiritual trail into God’s Eternal Family-Membership. Egypt symbolizes sin & death. The Word, Spirit & Truth of God are unleavened. Although we keep Passover & UB, our three formidable enemies remain Satan, society & self. In his heroic message, Dr. Ward transfers solid gold to our spiritual account. A message we ought to circumspectly meditate upon. God has given us free will to make choices wither good or evil albeit He tells us to choose life in His Family instead of death & the lake of fire. This is the real dichotomy! Applying Pharaoh’s title to ourselves is an agonizing task shifting sin’s responsibility to ourselves instead of Satan & society. Several times Pharaoh ‘repented’ of his evil but went right back to ‘business as usual’ as soon as God lifted a plague. How about us? Do we also fake conversion? Do we avoid Pharaoh & Israel’s type of provocation towards God & faithfully remain on course towards our final spiritual destiny? Or do we mentally hunt around Egypt’s coruscating lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and pride of life? We ought not to forget that there is a final ‘rest’ (G4520: sabbatismos) in God’s Kingdom for those who remain faithful to God’s commandments, judgments, laws, precepts, statutes & testimonies.
A sound rebuke for all of us concerning cynicism while sitting in the seat of the scornful: “We’ve all been there & done that” admonishes Dr. Ward in this sobering message in line with Passover spring season festivals. Via media, society or even casual conversation, some, even in the Church of God, lampoon everything: from traditions to values nothing is sacred any longer. Uncontrolled & unbridled criticism, cynicism and bitterness harbinger utter spiritual disaster reminds us Dr. Ward such as Satan, Cain and Esau. How can we criticize members of the same Body of the Church without criticizing ourselves?
Advancing into our 21st Century Dr. Ward reminds us of Jesus Christ’s dramatic warning & appeal towards His true followers as expressed in His ‘Sermon on the Mount.’ Stir us up & develop our spiritual talents freely given to us by God while avoiding the callous escapist attitude of wondering ‘where is the promise of Christ’s return’ but redeeming the time as the days of our present lawless society are evil: turning good into evil while promoting & appraising evil. 5 aspects of the Olivet Prophecy are addressed in Mat 24/25 in connection with the Kingdom of God: ‘what’ ‘when’ ‘reward’ ‘rulership’ & ‘punishment,’ 3 parables are introduced by Jesus Christ: ‘ten virgins’, ‘talents’ & ‘loving our neighbor’. Our attitude & the fruit of our character will determine the amount of ‘oil’ we’ll possess but let us not forget that Christ’s return shall come like a ‘thief during the night.’ In Dr. Wards own words: “our sets of ‘right & wrong’ as Christians in the Church of God does not hinge upon the culture of the day; it hinges upon the word of God.” Now is the time for developing the fruit of the spirit (Gal 5:22-23) & taking our calling seriously since our own salvation is at stake.
Mr. Petty did a wonderful job on this thirty minutes program. Walking around or not should be left to the anchor & the producer. The key to the program is its spiritual content, ‘simplicity’ but depth. As a student of God’s word, Gary’s message should leave us with the spiritual trace of ‘seeking, knocking & asking’ as we ought to strive, with God’s help, to see things from His perspective: an attempt that otherwise will limits itself to the five empirical human senses of touch, sight, hearing, smell & taste. The revelation of God via the supernatural wireless wavelength connection available 24/7 is the only one that can grant us spiritual understanding: ‘The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, & they are life (Joh 6:63.” & this is exactly what Mr. Petty passes on to us: Striving with God’s help to see things from a perspective that is outside of space, time & matter (Gen 1:1); otherwise, we shall remain limited to empirical human understanding stuck into the nominalism & naturalism of the Renaissance, Enlightenment, Protestantism, political correctness, free masonry & cultural Marxism of our present day. Dr. Ward recommends that we ask ourselves if God’s Holy Spirit is our comforter. Are we aware of God’s Holy Spirit within us? Is God’s Holy Spirit walking along side with us & leading us into the execution of our sanctification process? Are we using the ‘parakletos’ comforter and intercessor, coming directly from God & our High Priest Jesus Christ, to fight our spiritual battles & overcome our humanness? God has not given us the spirit of fear but of a sound mind, the earnest of His spirit with full assurance of faith to help us understand the deeper things of God. A spirit that at times functions like our lawyer or intercessor representing our interests in front of God & Jesus Christ; our advocate in time of human shortcomings, sins & weaknesses. Is our spiritual house, just like the inheritance of Jacob today, left desolate empty & helpless? It must not be reminds us Dr. Ward as God’s spirit is there for ‘the taking’ to those who obey God & are called according to His purpose. David tells us that the Holy Spirit will restore our souls, lead us into the path of His righteousness, into the path of His salvation, create in us a clean heart and rekindle the joy of God’s salvation.
Do we wallow in the pits of self-pity, sink into the dungeon of despair thinking there is no way out of our trials & difficulties or do we trust God & ask, knock & seek God our Redeemer as Joseph, Yahweh Remembers, did? Do we like Joseph, a hero of faith, believe that all things work together for good to them that love God & are called according to His purpose, Rom 8:28?

The Kingdom of God is a promise made by God to His children, those who are filled with God’s Holy Spirit freely given to those who obey His Law & keep His commandments. Moses did not make it into the Promised Land; he is nonetheless one of the faithful heroes listed in Hebrews chapter eleven! Through faith, God’s grace & power we become doers of God’s Word via God’s righteousness and strength. If we strive daily to live God’s ways, fight the good fight, earnestly seek the righteousness of God’s law, we too, one day, will qualify for God’s Kingdom and join the heroes’ list of Hebrews eleven: Will our name be on this faithful hall of fame?
