Born and raised in Minnesota and Wisconsin, not far from the Twin Cities. Attended college in Big Sandy 1970-74 (BA). Married to Cinda in 1978, and they have two sons and one daughter, born 1980-87. Cliff has been employed as a computer teacher and software engineer from 1979 to the present. Maintains churchofgodtwincities.org.
