I believe that man has a spirit ,soul, body. When we die our body (this house) is buried, our spirit goes back to GOD to do with as he pleases. Fear GOD who is able to kill both the body and spirit. What about Lazarus and the rich man? Did jesus tell a lie. I feel that Jesus was telling a fact. GOD does not lie. The dead know nothing because they are no longer hear in the flesh. Ecclesiastes is about life under the sun. Those with GOD need not know what is going on under the sun. Paul also wrote about how he was caught up into Paradise. (2Co 12:1-4. I read more about this subject in the new testament. Also Jesus said no man has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven that is the Son of man. Jesus came from heaven, he ascended to heaven in a body. We do not ascend to heaven in a body, only our spirit. GOD the father is a spirit, the angels are spirits, satan and the demons are a spirit. But they are more real than we are in the earthly body. We are made in GOD"s image we are a spirit that live in a body. I believe that spirit goes back to GOD and GOD is in heaven. At the resurrection we will be given a heavenly body like Jesus. Spirits go to paradise or hell temporary
