Hi Gordon Love this comment from you! “Reconciling is not all that God does. God does have the power of resurrection whereby Botham Jean, Brandt, Amber will again see one another; a big group hug is in store for them (just like there will be between Cain and Abel). Talk about forgiveness? Talk about grace!” What an awesome day that will be for all of us

Thank you so much Kathy for you response. When I started reading your comment I immediately through of that song “Let it Go” before I even got down to you mentioning the song. The only way you can survive mentally is to let it go, let God, and move on. It sure takes God’s power to help us get beyond that point. Thanks again for your kind comments.

Wow not sure I could that. That is the ultimate example of forgiveness, If someone killed my daughter I don’t think I would have the strength that your Aunt has Wow

Shereina, I cannot even imagine. I heard they were going to try and put in place by the Government money to help grandparents like you. Not sure if it is working yet. But there has to be something that help you guys. I will pray about it and do some research myself. I am so sorry about your daughter. What a hero you are that you are caring for grandchildren. Hugs I know God will help you get through this.

Oh Hendrik, I am so sorry that you are going through this. I have two cats that I love very much that are around 14 years. I love them like my little babies and I dread the day I have to say good-bye. The good news is that God totally understand what you are going through. and I am asking God to give you great courage and comfort during this difficult time. Hugs

Hi Doug, To your question; Do any Politicians follow the above? I cannot make a judgement on that except looking at the fruit of their actions in public. I am so grateful that I can leave that judgement to God as he sees in all the hearts of men and He also weighs in what their background has been. God is so merciful in His judgement of all of us. So I am grateful that we have such a merciful God who died for all, even Politicians. With that said, God told us to pray for our leaders.
    Romans 13:1
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and
1 Timothy 2:1 those that exist have been instituted by God. and First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people,
    They all need our prayers.
So as to your question I do not know what is in their hearts. We should notice their actions and pray for them. Only when God is the ruler on earth will it be perfect. In the meantime God is working with very imperfect humans. Thanks again for you comments as it is a reminder of how I should live., as many times I fall short as well.

I glad it helps. It also is a reminder to me as well.
