Joe has been a member of God’s Church since 1984. He and his wife Brenda have spent their careers working with persons with disabilities of all ages. Joe holds a Masters Degree in Education. Together, Joe and Brenda have been able to serve God’s people in Illinois and now in Wisconsin. Joe was ordained a local elder in April of 2011
