CORRECTION. We need to be accurate & not add anything to the Holy Bible. Deut 4:2, Prov 30:6, Rev 22:18-19 Matthew, Mark & Luke read that Jesus fasted & went without food in the wilderness for 40 days. The Scriptures DO NOT REPORT that He also went without water. That is only speculation or confusion, since Moses went without water for the same amount of days. (See Scripture verse noted below.) "None of the gospels say anything about Jesus drinking water or sleeping, but they do report that Christ fasted or did not eat anything. Even though there are no comments about Christ drinking water, it appears that Jesus did drink water. Medical experts state that the typical man or woman cannot live more than ten days without water; however, some individuals have lived 21 days without water. We can live much longer without food." See https://www.neverthirsty.org/bible-qa/qa-archives/question/did-jesus-drink-water-when-he-was-fasting-for-40-days/ Exodus 34:28 does read that Moses went without food AND water on Mount Sinai. "While MOSES was there with the LORD for 40 days and 40 nights, he did NOT eat OR drink. He wrote the Ten Commandments, the words of the covenant, on the tablets."
