When referring to Revelation 3 in regards to the keys, it neither explicitly nor implicitly speaks of Jesus giving them and handing over His keys to the church at Philadelphia.

I can tell you what excites me about the new UCG website. That there are godly men who are skilled at computer sciences, which are given the opportunity to create an up to date and very efficient website. In some ways it's comparable to the building of the tabernacle in the desert.
The novelty of a new website will eventually grow old, while searching for God's will is another story, dependant on those who look for it.
