I just listened to a portion of Steve Meyers video on The Rapture vs. The Bible. I am a Christian teacher who has been gifted with the gift of prophecy. I believe that Steve is a Christian but like so many Christians either, uncertain or not revealed, on this topic it leads to errors in doctrine by many Christian teachers. However, to know that the rapture is taught by Paul in specific letters to the church is important to understand that. The word - rapture- is nor stated, however, the event is clearly taught to the church. Jesus and the original Apostles never taught the rapture because it is solely an event for the church (which includes jews and gentiles). The rapture is not for nationalist Israel. Nationalist Israel is brought to faith in Jesus during the tribulation period and at the second advent at the end of the tribulation. Steve's teaching on the rapture is a system of prophecy known as the post-tribulation rapture. The panoply of scripture refutes this system of prophetic teaching. It is even revealed in God's choice of the second-born from the beginning starting with Cain and Able. Limited space prevents me from adducing all the scriptur verifying the rapture
