Preaching the Gospel, Preparing a People
Thank you, Annie! All of us must let the Bible continually guide us in WDYD.
Thanks, Linda! David was right when he said we humans are fearfully and wonderfully made. After His other creations God said they were good, but after creating humans He said "very good."
Yes, in the millennium can you imagine the classes that can be taught. And along with lions and asps, I'm guessing the bees will be changed so they don't sting.
You're right, Barry, no way could they evolve ... I was reading again what I wrote about how the scout bee so accurately tells the others about the honey and it hit me that I don't fully understand the very words I wrote explaining it! That's like us trying to really fathom God's greatness!
You're right about abusing the word "like" and taking God's name in vain. And the Bible warns about "the love of money being a root of all evil." Your comment really encourages me that somebody in Vietnam is seeking to please God.
Thank you for a thought-provoking comment of your own! Who of us hasn't allowed countless small things that have no place in the life of a Christian. I will be thinking about that thanks to you!
You're right, Linda, it will be awesome to hear what David can sing and play. I lute or harp can be very pleasant, but I'd like to hear David on a guitar or banjo!
You're right about that, Linda! The Bible says not to be ignorant of Satan's devices, but how many of his devices are we aware of? Able to name?
Thank you ghobbins for your nice comment! Not everybody can go in person. Our brothers and sisters in Christ usually appreciate correspondence as well.
Thank you, Janet! Your comment was a great little article on its own. I'm glad to hear about UCG serving 12,000 prisoners on the mailing list! Our hometown of Canon City is prison country with 11 to 13 prisons depending on the source. It does mean so much to our brothers and sisters in chains to have correspondence and visits.
Thank you, Joshua! Prayer is so vital for all of us.
