    Praying to God to guide the outcome IS action. It is doing something. It's going to the highest authority and asking Him to intervene. It's more powerful than voting. God doesn't need us to get behind the banner of a candidate to see where our allegiance is. God is fully aware of what is going on and He knows what He is going to do about it.

    I don't think the intention of this article was to address how to protect American citizens from terrorists. It's about altering the 1st amendment and how that sets up future persecution of anyone who is not inline with the masses. Once we open up the gates in pinpointing religious groups, what precedent does that set for opening the door for persecution for true believers? Policies like this makes way for the persecution of the church mentioned in Revelation 12.

    no, @dust_i_am that is not a requirement. I haven’t been fishing for fish in 20 years… other than ordering a grilled salmon in a restaurant. :) I still understand the analogies made by Jesus and I think that’s the most important point.
