No. Those who have not been baptized and had hands laid upon them in order to receive the holy spirit, will definitely have their first opportunity at sometime in the future (1 Timothy 2:3-4). But if God is drawing you to Him now (John 6:44), you should seek out a true church of God minister for counseling and baptism -- and possibly be a part of the better resurrection (Hebrews 11:35).
