Beth, your feedback is very meaningful - thank you. I daresay many more people struggle with loneliness than we realize. I wish we could sit down together over a cup of coffee and have us a nice long chat. Since we can't - I will be praying for you, sister.

Thank you for sharing, Kathy. You are not alone - the struggles are real and they can wreak havoc on our psyche and body. It took far too long to figure out the tools that worked for me but once I did I felt as though I was finally able to face obstacles from a position of offense rather than a constant state of reaction/defense. The latter is like being stuck in a constant mire of quicksand which is exhausting and prevents us from thriving. Take care and thanks again for sharing.

Hi Daniel! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. To be quite honest, it took me far too long to get my perspective under control and to figure things out. I still find it to be an ongoing mental process that I have to work through. But, these principles have really worked for me and I implement them every single day (sometimes multiple times a day). I hope and pray they help you too. Take care!

Hi Tammy! I would be curious to know how effective the Creation Field notes component works for you - I had a gratitude journal for some time before I added that part, and for me personally the two combined were much helpful than just one or the other.
