Thank you, Mr. McNeely! Your message combines elements of evangelism and prophecy. Perhaps it's time for God's Church to take out full-page ads in the Wall Street Journal and other major USA publications addressing these issues (if they would even print them), where this message would be difficult to ignore, as did Mr. Armstong over forty years ago!

More information on intercession can be found at https://www.ucg.org/bible-study-tools/bible-questions-and-answers/what-is-intercessory-prayer; https://www.ucg.org/beyond-today/intercession-the-power-of-praying-for-others; and https://www.ucg.org/beyond-today/beyond-today-daily/intercessory-prayer-part-1. It might also be instructive to look up definitions of “intercession” in one or more good English dictionaries. “Intercessory is an adjective form of “intercession”.

One place that “intercessions” is mentioned is in 1 Timothy 2:1 “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men (KJV)”. Many others translations use this same word in this verse.

Thank you, Mr. NcNeely, for teaching this Bible record of God's awesome work in His first century Church. By the way, as Mr. McNeely mentions here, Acts is taught yearly at the Ambassador Bible College (ABC), and the live audio lessons from 2012 can be accessed for listening and/or download at http://abc.ucg.org/courses/acts-apostles. Many other subjects taught at ABC can also be accessed for listening and/or download at http://abc.ucg.org/courses.

In order to educate myself, and to save some money, I ordered used copies of several of the books recommended on pages 30-31 of the offered study aid. They are real eye-openers. I also found YouTube videos, yet to be watched, of the three scientists mentioned by typing their respective names in the YouTube search box: Marcos Eberlin, James Tour and Stephen Meyer.

Regarding the image shown at 9:15 to 9:25 of a fertility goddess: Perhaps full frontal female nudity, even of an image, is inappropriate in a Church production for public viewing. At the very least, if shown at all (which is questionable), it could be heavily pixelated across the chest and pelvis.

Among several wonderful matters that Mr. Beam addressed, especially appreciated is God's destiny for aborted babies: 1) Church teaching - Starting with Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong, that human life begins at the moment of conception when the male and female DNAs first combine; 2) Science - That the "blueprint" for each individual is determined at that moment of conception - Even though only God knows what that blueprint is at that moment - but He DOES know; 3) Informed speculation - That, since He knows that blueprint for each aborted baby, God might resurrect each of them as a full-term baby fully developed according to that blueprint which God knows and that was determined at the moment of conception. In a related matter, very much appreciated is that part of the painting in the UCG home office that depicts the second resurrection to physical life of a woman carrying in her womb the pre-born baby who died with her - she resurrected to adult physical life, and her baby resurrected as a living vital preborn baby, both continuing on in their respective opportunities for salvation and eternal life in the eternal Family and Kingdom of God. Our God surely IS a great and awesome God!

Mr. Jerold Aust wrote elsewhere: “I checked with our music director who said the title of this song was “On This Mountain,” which he wrote. I agree with you; it was a beautiful song.” Clint Porter wrote elsewhere: “The performers are Jessica Hendrickson and Micah Gun of the Cincinnati East and Columbus, OH congregations, respectively. The song was written this year by Scott Delamater, who also spoke and coordinated the music this year in Panama City Beach. I should add that Micah and Jessica arranged this version of the song as well.”

Micah also appeared in the ABC 20th anniversary portion of the video shown at the beginning of the October 19th Feast webcast. In the video Micah said "The reason I decided to come here [ABC] was: I owe God everything, and I owe His people everything. My growth as a Christian, I hope, will benefit them and then benefit God. The other day we were in class, and I looked down at my Bible and they said 'Open up to this chapter.' And I looked down and started reading. And I just felt like a weird pang in my chest, and I thought 'I love this Bible; I don't just believe it - I actually have a love for it.' "

God says: “No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone” (Psalms 91:10-12). satan said: “For it is written: ‘He shall give His angels charge over you,’ and, ‘In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.’ ” Do you see what satan left out? - “To keep you in all your ways.” Our ways, which Christ understood, were to follow ALL of God’s ways, including not tempting Him or putting Him to the test.

Great article! The Gospel - the Kingdom - the Resurrection to eternal life as God’s child in His eternal Family and Kingdom. Please keep focused on the main message of God’s Word, as did Paul. This is so needed in this postmodern world culture of Bible illiterates. Plant the Gospel in people’s’ hearts. Water the seed with prayer. And believe and expect God to bring forth the fruit from formerly hardened hearts into eternal life - Hallelujah! On this web page it would be helpful to offer two fantastic booklets: “The Gospel of the Kingdom” and “Why Were You Born?”.

Excellent Bible -based discussion. Science is great within its proper domain. But regarding spiritual matters, scientists are "ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the Truth", because such Truth is spiritually discerned and many will not "retain the knowledge of God", and they "hold [back] the knowledge of the Truth in unrighteousness".
