Why do you believe Jesus Christ will return to set up the Kingdom of God on earth?

Jesus Christ promised He would come again—the second coming—to save this world and set up the Kingdom of God (also called the Kingdom of Heaven) on this earth.

The return of Jesus Christ as King of Kings and Lord of Lords is a truth frequently reaffirmed in the Bible, in both the Old and New Testaments (Matthew 24:30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
