Trouble in Turkey

Turkey is hoping for membership in the European Union. This religious crisis will determine how much influence Islam will have in the secular Turkish state.

The far reaching effects of al-Qaeda on Europe and America - (Blog entry)

Former CIA Director George Tenet's new book, At the Center of the Storm, says "that al-Qaeda or groups affiliated with it have undertaken several other operations aimed at equaling or even surpassing the carnage of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks" (April 30, 2007, Robert Windrem and Alex Johnson).

This and other disclosures are sobering and frightening and they lay out the scope of al-Qaeda's ambitions. The September 11, 2001 disaster is but a prelude of what they have planned.

What happened on September the 11th is a part of an historic continuum. It is the continuation of historical events which have been taking place for thousands of years. Through comparing the Bible to historical trends, we can understand better where we are in Bible prophecy.
