Tithing

"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this," says the LORD of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it" (Malachi 3:10).

As a way of expressing our thanks to the God who allows us to make any income at all, Christians are to set aside tithes for His work and His Holy Days. For returning to Him what is already His, God promises abundant blessings.

Many today believe that tithing came to an end after Christ's earthly ministry and crucifixion. But is this what the Bible teaches?
