Schedule

This year Sabbath Services and the Lehigh Valley Annual Dinner Dance will be held at the Northampton Banquet and Event Center. The schedule for the day is as follows:

• 3:00 PM - Northampton Banquet and Event Center will open for us
• 4:00 PM - Sabbath service
• 6:15 PM - Dinner will be served soon after the Sabbath service
• 7:35-10:15 PM - Dance will begin around sunset and conclude at 10:15

The meal will include the following: Salad, Matzah, Baked Chicken, Ziti with Red Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Yellow and Green Beans and a Carrot Medley. We will have an open bar featuring soda, juice, beer and wine.

Cost

• $30- 21 and older
• $25- 13-20
• $20- Ages 5-12
• Free- Ages 4 and Under

Since this is a new venue, there are 4 different prices depending on age. When paying, please indicate which age bracket and how many in that age bracket you are paying for. We need to give this count to the venue. You can use the letters or the prices as shown in the example below.
(Example: A-2, B-1, C-1, D-2) or (Ex: $30-2, $25-1, $20-1, Free-2)

Accommodations

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the nearby Holiday Inn Express for Friday night and Saturday night. You don’t need to stay both nights to get the reduced rate. When making your reservations, just tell them you are with "United Church of God", and they will give you the special rate of $139 (not including tax) for 2 Queen beds.
