King All Glorious

King All Glorious

"King All Glorious," composed by G. Vail and C. Wesley, performed by members of the United Church of God. "King All Glorious" is a powerful song dedicated to Jesus Christ, Who is set to return as our King, restoring the earth and establishing a perfect government. This song beautifully conveys the anticipation and reverence surrounding Christ's return. We await that event eagerly throughout the year, but especially so during the Feast of Tabernacles, which pictures His reign on earth. We are reminded of the profound significance of this momentous event in our faith. At the return of Jesus
Let There Be Peace on Earth

Let There Be Peace On Earth

"Let There Be Peace on Earth," written by Jill Jackson Miller and Sy Miller, performed by the teen choir from the Cincinnati East congregation of United Church of God. "Let There Be Peace on Earth" conveys the profound peace that God gives us when we become His children. One day Jesus Christ will reign and usher in a perfect and harmonious society for all people, everywhere. In this heartfelt performance, we are reminded to embrace the hope for a brighter future. In the Kingdom of God, Jesus's rule will bring an end to strife, suffering and division, and God's peace will prevail.
All Things New

All Things New

UCG Short Film: Boat

Boat

The keel on a boat gives it stability and direction, and without this keel a boat can easily drift off course when facing the winds and currents upon the water. God's law is our personal keel. Without the secure guidelines of the Bible we can find ourselves so far off course that it feels overwhelming to get back on track. As we read in the book of Hebrews: "We must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it" (Hebrews 2:1).

UCG Short Film: Drive

Drive

We were created with a desire to work, and work hard, at something we believe in. God gives us talents and He expects us to use them. Our talent is the fuel that drives us. As the apostle Peter wrote: “Each of us have been blessed with God’s many wonderful gifts to be used in the service of others. So use your gift well" 1 Peter 4:10 (CEV). God will often say “yes” to your dreams, but you’ll be happier if you say “yes” to His. Start to help now - http://www.ucg.org/volunteer/
UCG Short Film: Leaves

Leaves

In many seasons of our lives, it can seem like all too often we get caught in the grip of winter, like there is nothing but desolation and sadness filling our world to the brim. It's at times like these we can draw many lessons from nature around us. The lone leaf left dangling on a tree at the end of autumn falls to the forest floor, where it's surrounded by other leaves. We all can and should look around us for others who are in times of need so we can help them, and in the process, find purpose for ourselves.
