Just because something makes us feel good doesn't mean that it is in our best interest spiritually. We must watch out for false teachers speaking sweet words.
[Steve Myers] Matthew 7:15 is a powerful passage, where Christ gives us instructions to watch out. And it connects to this idea of space junk that could invade our orbit and damage us. Christ said, "Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly, they're ravenous wolves."
There are so many things in this world that look good, they seem good, they feel good. And whether it's false teachers or other things that could distract us and get us into the wrong spiritual orbit, Christ says, "Look out." Look out. This can sound so good, but watch out for false teachers. If they don't speak according to the word of the Bible, watch out. So Christ says, "Be careful. Don't let that invade your orbit in any way.
So be careful. Keep far from those types of things and beware. And if you do those things, it will save your spiritual orbit."
