Chairman Len Martin called the meeting to order at 2 p.m. Eastern time and the meeting was opened with prayer. All 12 Council of Elders (Council) members were present. Aaron Dean had to leave during the middle of the meeting.

Potential Congregation Building Purchase for Tulsa, Oklahoma—Ed Dowd

The pastor of the Tulsa, Oklahoma, congregation, Ed Dowd, presented the potential of purchasing a building for this congregation. The property and building were discussed and questions were asked for about 30 minutes. The quorum of the Council unanimously approved of purchase.

The Council adjourned at 2:53 p.m.
