You’ll find the Beyond Today airing schedule for next week attached here. This is week 5 of our 14-week test.

You’ll notice that we’re re-running many episodes, but on different days. During weeks 2-4 of our test, we’ve been running episodes with Gary Petty on Mon/Wed, Darris McNeely on Tue/Thu, and Steve Myers on Friday. For weeks 5-7, we’re running the same episodes during the week, but with Darris on Mon/Wed and Gary on Tue/Thu. (Steve’s Friday slot is our control group.)

This strategy is based on info from several presenters at the National Religious Broadcaster’s convention who encouraged broadcasters not to shy away from repeats, claiming that your audience changes regularly, and that reiteration is beneficial. We’re putting that to the test. It will be interesting to compare the response rates for these episodes as they air weeks apart.

The weekend spots in March have featured Gary Petty’s 5-part “The Unknown Jesus” series. In April, these weekend spots will feature Steve Myers’ 4-part “Unmasked” series.
