The Biblical Holy Day observance of Unleavened Bread (Lev 23) takes place in 2025 from April 13th through the 19th.  Observed by the early church (1 Cor 5:8) since its beginning, during this period Christians eat nothing made with leavening, while eating unleavened bread each day.
