Over the weekend my mom’s  swallowing improved enough to graduate to soft solids! It's good news but she is starting to get tired of hospital foods. She has been experiencing a lot of pain in her right arm and leg, enough that they are now giving her regular pain meds and muscle relaxers to manage it. It makes her very tired, so she spends a lot of time asleep. No drastic improvements otherwise. 

The hospital still has not determined where my mom will go for rehab. The situation seems to be a bit more complex than expected. We need prayers that there will be a facility with room to take her, and that she will be in a place where she will receive excellent care. 

Please also pray that the family will have God’s guidance in making the right decisions for Deanna. Thank you.
