UCG Announcements (5/17/25)
Hi everyone,
A sincere “Thank You” goes to everyone who helped out with the James Felts’ Memorial Service last Saturday. Numerous Felts’ family members shared with me how appreciative they were of our congregation and the honor we gave James at the ceremony. In this regard, Audrey Warren, James’ cousin, shared this note with me that she said I could pass along to you.
We can’t thank you and The United Church of God congregation enough for the hospitality shown to us today (5/10/25). We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived this morning. Your love, kindness, and support of James was clearly visible. We were truly overwhelmed in the most Godly way. Thank you again for your support through this difficult process. Be sure and convey our gratitude to your congregation. Sincerely, Audrey
Your prayers and support for the Felts’ family were greatly appreciated. Your love was evident through your actions last Sabbath (John 13:34-35; Matthew 7:18-20).
