Happy Sabbath,

Periodically, UCG’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing members tune into different United congregations as a group on the Sabbath. (https://www.ucg.org/congregations/deaf-hard-hearing) Tomorrow, Atlanta will be the focal congregation for UCG’s deaf brethren. Nathan Crowe has volunteered to act as host and feature our Atlanta service via Zoom. To do so, he will run things from his home. Given all that’s involved in this service opportunity, please pray that everything goes well with the webcast and all that Nathan must consider. Additionally, send Nathan a note of encouragement (scottishcrowe@gmail.com) letting him know we are praying for and supporting him as he completes this task.

Here are our local announcements this Sabbath.

1. Sabbath Services in Buford and Atlanta: 8/15. Tomorrow, we are in our two congregations. The Buford congregation will meet at the Holiday Inn Express, Bethlehem at 10:30 AM for services. In the afternoon, the Atlanta congregation will meet at Unity Atlanta at 2:30 PM for services.

We are in our two congregations for services on 8/22, 8/29, and 9/5. We will have a combined service on 9/12 in Atlanta. That is the Feast of Trumpets.
