Bible Study in Terre Haute: I have had folks ask for a Bible Study in Terre Haute. To figure out how we will proceed, please let me or Mr. Arnold know your answers to these questions:
     - Do you prefer an in-person (at the hall) or virtual (webcast or via zoom/YouTube) study?
     - When would you like the study to occur – before/after services, during the week?

Springfield Bible Study: The next monthly Bible Study in the Springfield area will be on the Sabbath of July 26th at the Curran Township building (6220 Moffet Street, Curran, IL 62670) at 10:00am.

Central Illinois Bible Study: Our next monthly Bible Study will be on the Sabbath of July 26th. We will continue our multi-study series discussing the topic of the Millennium and the Kingdom of God and will start about 15-minutes after services. If you are not able to join us in person, here are a few ways that you can join our Bible Study:
     - Here is the link to access our Bible Study via our local webcast
     - Here is the phone number to call for an audio-only connection: 701.791.9819

Camp Reports: After services on July 26th, the Central Illinois kids will be presenting their UYC summer camp reports. If you went to camp this summer, please send 1-2 photos as well as your favorite activity at camp and what you learned to Mrs. Annie Radebaugh. If you went to camp as a staff member, please send a group photo to Mrs. Radebaugh as well. All need to be submitted by July 24th.

Festival Tithe Sharing: If you would like to share some of God’s tithe that you are setting aside, there are a number of causes that we collect for locally: East African brethren, West African brethren, our incarcerated brothers, and gift baskets for those who will be unable to travel for the Feast of Tabernacles. If you would like to share with any of these local collections, please send funds to either Kim Olar or Bill Conway along with a note about how you would like those funds to be dispersed by the end of July.

Alternate Location: On the Sabbath of August 2nd, the Central Illinois congregation will be meeting at our alternate location, the Comfort Inn (201 E. Ashland Street, Morton, IL 61550) at our normal service time of 1:30pm. Please bring your personal hymnal – if you have one – since we will not be projecting hymns.

Flooring Project in Terre Haute: THANK YOU to all who helped with the first phase of the flooring project! We will be finishing the flooring in the Terre Haute hall in a few weeks. The next phase of the project will take place August 3rd-5th. Many hands make light work, so if you are able to help, please let Nathan Ekama know.

Youth Speech Club: On the Sabbath of August 16th, the Terre Haute congregation will have its Youth Speech Club after services, beginning at 4:30pm

Starved Rock Hike & Picnic: All are invited to grab their boots and water bottles and enjoy a hike at Starved Rock State Park on Sunday, August 17th. We'll meet at the visitor's center at 10:00am. The hike will be followed by lunch at the Keisels'. (No need to bring anything except your water bottles and hiking shoes.) >> August 24th is a back-up day if the weather is bad on the 17th.

Congregational Directory: If you have not yet signed onto the online congregational directory, created your account, or would like some help with getting your contact information and/or picture uploaded, please feel free to reach out and ask Nathan Ekama or Dan Apartian for a hand.

Health & Safety Protocols: We ask that any who exhibit symptoms of illness practice the biblical principle of quarantine.

Other Announcements:

Festival Assistance: Each year, many faithful brethren generously contribute additional funds to help others attend the Feast of Tabernacles. Every household that is able is encouraged to voluntarily assist with these costs, in the spirit of Deuteronomy 16:14: “You shall rejoice in your feast, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow.
Your kindness and generous support ensure that our Church Assistance Fund can meet current needs, making it possible for hundreds of your brethren—who might not otherwise be able to attend—to joyfully celebrate the Feast.
If you believe you may not have sufficient funds to attend the Feast this year—and have been faithful in saving your Festival Tithe—assistance may be available. Please contact your Festival Advisor, (David Peabody, Patrick Kurtas, or Don Hummel), or the pastor to request a Festival Assistance Member Information Form. Complete and return the form as soon as possible. All information provided will be kept confidential.
All applications should be submitted by the end of June, so please don’t delay.
Festival assistance is available for those who have been saving but still lack adequate funds to attend, as well as for those whose income makes it difficult to save enough. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help.
