Welcome to Kansas City, KS!

We meet every Saturday (Sabbath) for church services, typically at 2:30 PM. Please enter on north side of building.
Our services are held in the Multi-Purpose Room.

As pastor of the United Church of God in Kansas City, I welcome you to this website on behalf of our local congregation. We are a church that follows the teachings of Jesus Christ and the early New Testament Church. We value the Word of God, and the standard Jesus set for us. We strive to honor, obey and love Him, and each other. We follow Him by preaching the same message He did about the Kingdom of God and by worshipping on the Sabbath as He taught.

We meet each Sabbath (Saturday) at 2:30 pm at the Overland Park Lutheran Church, 7810 W. 79th Street, Overland Park, KS. Visitors are welcome and we look forward to meeting you. In addition to honoring the seventh-day Sabbath, we also observe God's annual Holy Days as revealed in the Bible.

Proclaiming God's Message

We are also driven to proclaim God’s message of hope and repentance to the nations. So we share His love and truth passionately, seeking to teach all the things Christ commanded. We are a part of an International association of over 430 congregations around the world dedicated to preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God in all the world. We want to be known to all by our care, concern and love.

Friendly and Enthusiastic

We are a friendly, enthusiastic congregation that strives to follow the example of Jesus Christ. What’s most important to God is most important to us. It's about loving relationships - first with God the Father and Jesus Christ and also with each other. Loving God, sharing His truth and loving people like you, is a simple way to say what we’re all about.
