Our congregation meets locally in Gibsonia, PA. Typically, we meet at 2:00 p.m. every Sabbath, except for the fourth Sabbath of the month, we meet at 10:30 a.m. Occasionally, the time and location change, so if you are planning to visit, please contact our pastor to ensure you have the latest information.
Greetings and welcome to the website for the Pittsburgh congregation of the United Church of God. We are a small group of Christians who meet each Sabbath, a bit north of Pittsburgh, to worship God and fellowship together with those of like mind.
What makes us unique? We are a church that places a high value on the word of God and are committed to live our lives by its life-giving instructions. The Bible is the standard that Jesus set for us, and we strive to honor Him by obeying His commands and loving one another. His commands include keeping the seventh-day Sabbath and God's annual holy days, and we meet on each of those occasions in the Pittsburgh area.
While we hope you find valuable information on this website, the true opportunity for personal growth comes from fellowship with like-minded individuals and worshiping our Creator together during His Holy time. We are a part of an International association of over 430 congregations around the world dedicated to preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God in all the world. It's about loving relationships - first with God the Father and Jesus Christ and also with each other.
