Transcript

Jelly: So, I reeeaached my hand out as far as I could into the cage to pet the sleeping, fluffy, pink gorilla. Suddenly, his huge eyes shot open and he let out a giant rooaar! So I ran out of the zoo, lickety-split! Hopped on my bike and started pedaling faster and faster through the alleyways, over the bridge, right on Mark Graham Avenue, and there, at the very end of the block, stood the fluffy, pink gorilla.

Mason & Harry: What did you do?

Jelly: I froze! I couldn't move! My heart was pounding! He raced towards me faster and faster, and just before he reached my bike, I closed my eyes and let out a... ee.

Harry: Then what happened?

Mason: Yeah, what happened? What happened?

Jelly: Nothing. Silence. It was quiet. Too quiet. I slowly opened my eyes and there, just inches from me, was the fluffy, pink gorilla. I could smell the bananas on his breath. His big ol' hand came forward and gently touched my right shoulder. He looked me right in my beady little eyes and said... "Tag, you're it!" Bwaaaaa! Well, night y'all!

James: Good night.

James: Where is he? Where's Little Larry? I know he brought him.

Jelly: Something the matter, bud?

James: Wa! Ah! Your face!

Jelly: Oops! Sorry! There we go! What can I do you for?

James: I can't find Little Larry.

Jelly: Cherry Berry?

James: No, Little Larry.

Jelly: Did you leave it at home?

James: I'm sure I brought him.

Jelly: What does he look like?

James: Umm, Looks like Little Larry.

Jelly: Any other distinguishing features?

James: Uhh, 2 eyeballs, a mouth.

Jelly: Eyes, mouth, goes by Larry?

James: Little Larry.

Jelly: Oh, Little Larry. Got it. I'll check your suitcase. Woaw!

James: You all right?

Jelly: I'm fit as a fiddle. Is this it?

James: Mm-mm.

Jelly: No. Ew! What's this?

James: Oh, that's my leftover hot dogs from lunch. Actually, I'll take that.

Jelly: How about this thing?

James: I don't know what that is.

Havarti: My name's Havarti.

Jelly: Ah! He talks!

Havarti: You gonna eat that?

James: All you. Enjoy.

Havarti: 'Kay bye.

James: No. No. No. No. No. That's a shoe. That's another shoe.

Jelly: Can you cut it with my old boots?

James: Hmm. Probably not. Without Little Larry, I'm feeling kind of homesick.

Jelly: I hear you. I tried sneaking Peanut into my suitcase, but he kept eating all my trail mix. Um, you want me to get the camp counselor?

James: Yeah, maybe.

Jelly: Pastor Ste—MMm!

Harry: Oh, hot biscuits.

James: Shh!

Jelly: (Pastor Steeeeve!) (Pastor Steeeve!)

Pastor Steve: Hey, boys. Is everything okay?

Jelly: Oh, we tried looking for Little Larry, but we couldn't find him.

Pastor Steve: Well, I don't know who Larry is, but...

Jelly & James: Little Larry!

Pastor Steve: Well, okay. Well, where did you see him last?

James: He was right here next to the bag of chicken fried chicken chips my mom packed me, and the new baseball club my uncle Jamie got me.

Jelly: Did he say chicken chips?

James: I miss my family.

Pastor Steve: I know what that feels like. You know, I remember, I was about your age, my grandpa and I were going to go for a week of canoeing together. But after just a couple days, I started to miss the rest of my family. But you know, grandpa taught me family is so important. In fact, he told me that God created the family.

James: Really?

Pastor Steve: That's right. God intended the family to be a place of sharing and caring, a place of love. Now, I know you miss your family, but I hope while you're here at camp, you can realize you have a huge Church family. So...

Jelly: How about a little song & dance?

Back when the world began
God made a woman and man
It was the start of His plan you see
To grow a family

God is growing a family
(That's right!)
Full of children from every land
(Okay! Okay!)
Brothers and sisters who understand that
God’s way is the the best way
He says
Come and be in My family
Grow and change and become like Me
My ways will set you free
God is growing a family

God started with His son
Sent Him to the earth below
Jesus came to us to show that
God is our Father
He gave His life and He rose again
Opened the way for every woman and man
To leave their old ways behind and be
A child of God in His family
(That's right!)

God is growing a family
Full of children from every land
Brothers and sisters who understand that
God’s way is the the best way
He says
Come and be in My family
Grow and change and become like Me
My ways will set you free
God is growing a family

Now the world grows dark and cold
More than ever people need to be told
That there’s a way that they can be
Happy in God’s family
(That's right!)
And very soon our King will come
Our older brother and our Lord
God’s ways will fill the earth
And people will know all over the world that

God is growing a family
It will grow without an end
And all the world will understand that
God’s way is the the best way
He’ll say
Come and be in My family
Grow and change and become like Me
My ways will set you free
And forever we will be
Happy in God’s family,
Oh, God is growing a family

Jelly: Attention! I found Larry!

All 3: Little Larry!

Jelly: Uh, I feel like you grossly understated the sheer size of this fella!

James: Little Larry?

Harry & Mason: Little Larry?

James: Wait till you see Big Larry.

Harry & Mason: What?

Otter: Hm?

Like what you see?
