Al-Qaida Infiltrates Gaza
Israel's Defense Minister says that al-Qaida terrorists have already crossed the border into Palestinian controlled Gaza now that Israel has turned over control to the Authority. This is not good news. There is now a base of operations closer to Israeli controlled territory. You can know this opening will be exploited.
And today the clumsy Palestinian efforts at celebrating their "victory" resulted in the explosion of two rockets killing several children.
The stage is being set to place Israel in between two armed Palestinian areas. Pressure continues to mount calling for Israel to withdraw from the West Bank. As I pointed out in a recent article in WNP, the walls of security that Israel is building will not stop rockets from being lobbed into their lands.
