At least one in four teenage American girls has a sexually transmitted disease, suggests a first-of-its-kind federal study that startled some adolescent-health experts.

This is a disturbing report that shows the rates of STD’s are growing among American adolescents. It comes out in a week when the governor of a major state is implicated in a prostitution ring.
