Our Feast of Tabernacles and the Eighth Day—for the fifth consecutive year—will once again be held at Hotel de Susana and Resort in Bukidnon. This venue offers an ideal environment for a unified and intimate Feast celebration, with accommodations, meals, and activities all located in one place. This setting has consistently fostered a warm atmosphere of closeness and fellowship, enabling everyone to focus fully on worship, learning, and rejoicing before God throughout the Feast.
Known as the “highland paradise in the heart of Mindanao,” Bukidnon derives its name from the Visayan word bukid, meaning mountain. It is predominantly a rolling grassland plateau with an average elevation of 915 meters. Its terrain is characterized by undulating uplands, deep canyons, and valleys interspersed with pockets of low-lying plains, creating a refreshing and scenic environment for both residents and guests. One of Bukidnon’s most striking features is its breathtaking mountain landscape, with certain areas still covered in forest. Much of the province, however, consists of vast grasslands cultivated with corn, pineapple and sugarcane, making it ideal for agriculture. Bukidnon serves as a major source of agricultural produce and raw materials for processing facilities within the province and in the major commercial centers of Northern Mindanao. For this reason, Bukidnon is often called the region’s “Food Basket.”
We encourage everyone to plan to arrive early at the Feast site on Friday, September 25, to allow ample time for registration and preparation for the Opening Night Orientation and Welcome Dinner at 7:00 p.m. Please arrange your travel plans accordingly and kindly inform us of your schedules so we can help coordinate your arrivals.
