Registration Fee Announcement
As many of you are aware, ownership of the Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach changed three years ago, leading to a significant increase in the meeting facility rental. In order to help defray the cost and keep Panama City Beach as a Feast site, a registration fee is being implemented. The fee is $25 for anyone over 18 years of age and will be collected online at the time of registration. If anyone has financial needs and Panama City Beach is your closest site, please contact your pastor so arrangements can be made to waive this fee. The registration fee will be refunded if members need to cancel their plans to come to Panama City Beach. The last day to cancel an order and receive a refund will be Friday, Sept 18, 2026.
Also, the Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau is donating funding to the United Church of God to help offset our rental expenses and make pricing comparable to other sites. However, they are requiring documentation of where members are staying. At the Feast, attendees will be required to list the name of the condominium or hotel used during the Feast on the housing survey.

Housing
Edgewater offers one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums overlooking the beach and pools. Those staying in the condos can either ride a tram or walk to services via a private bridge that crosses over the road. One-, two- and three-bedroom golf villas are also available for those who prefer to stay closer to the convention center. All suites and villas come with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.
Edgewater’s gated community provides 11 swimming pools (10 of which are heated), a children’s splash pad, 10 tennis courts, 10 shuffleboard courts, five pickleball courts, a basketball hoop, a par three golf course, four hot tubs, a gift shop, free Wi-Fi, a Starbucks and a full-service restaurant, Oceans.
Members are no longer required to make reservations directly through Resort Collections. In addition, there are other options for accommodations listed that are a short drive from the Edgewater Conference Center. Please note there is a fee to park at the Conference Center for those not staying on-site.
There is an abundance of dining and shopping in all price ranges in and around Panama City Beach area. There is a wide variety of family-oriented entertainment such as miniature golf, scooter rentals, jet-skis, fishing and parasailing.
