For the second year in a row, charming Temecula will host the Feast of Tabernacles at the South Coast Winery Resort and Spa (southcoastwinery.com). Located between San Diego and Los Angeles, Temecula has a Feast feel and offers a mix of outdoor adventures, cultural attractions and family-friendly activities. It is known for its award-winning wineries, scenic rolling hills and vibrant Old Town.

Services

The resort facility we meet at for services has gardens, multiple rooms, patios and decorated outdoor corridors that invite lovely spots in which to enjoy and experience relaxing fellowship.

Housing

While there are luxurious hotel rooms on-site, members are welcome to research the many hotel and rental home options in the area. Based on housing surveys last year we advise against finding housing along the beach. The traffic can be heavy every day.

Activities

Wine lovers can explore over 40 wineries in Temecula Valley, enjoying tastings, vineyard tours and hot air balloon rides with breathtaking views. Old Town Temecula features historic buildings, unique boutiques, art galleries and top-rated restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve, ride horseback through vineyards or golf at world-class courses. Annual events like the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival and the Rod Run classic car show draw crowds. Additionally, the multiple locations of attractions in nearby San Diego County are an hour away and the beaches of Carlsbad and Oceanside are 45 minutes to an hour away. With its mix of rustic charm and modern attractions, Temecula is a perfect getaway destination.
