Almond Bread

Ingredients

4 eggs 1 cup sugar 3 cups flour (whole wheat or other if you prefer) 3⁄4 cup oil 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoons almond extract 1⁄2 cup almonds (slivered)

Instructions

Mix eggs, sugar and 1 cup of flour. Add oil. Add remaining 2 cups flour, vanilla and almond extract, then almonds (optional) Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from pans to cool.
