Creamy cookies with the warm flavor of almonds.
- 2 cups almonds (ground)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange peels (candied, diced or ground)
- 1 1/2 cup whipping cream (or more)
First ground the almonds until coarse consistency.
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into small balls and place on greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake in a preheated 325ºF oven until golden brown for 12-15 minutes.
