Buttery apples with a crispy topping

Ingredients
5 1⁄2 quarts apples (sliced)
1⁄2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1⁄2 cup brown sugar (for topping)
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)
1⁄4 cup flour (for topping)
1⁄4 cup butter (for topping)
1⁄2 cup oats (quick; for topping)
Instructions
Mix together sugar and flour; coat apples. Place in a greased 8-inch pan.
Topping
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, flour and butter with pastry blender. Add quick oats; mix. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40–45 minutes.
