Banana-Oatmeal Cookies

A moist oatmeal cookie with the addictive taste of banana nut bread.
Preparation time

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
3⁄4 cup oil
1 1⁄2 cups ripe bananas (mashed)
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
4 cups rolled oats
1⁄2 cup walnuts (chopped)
1⁄2 cup raisins
Instructions
Beat sugar and oil. Stir in bananas and salt. Gradually blend in oats, walnuts, and raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes in 350º oven.
