Ingredients

1 cup flour (whole-wheat or white)
1 tablespoon sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
4 eggs (well beaten)

Instructions

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients. Cook on greased griddle.

Notes

We always have these during unleavened bread and often throughout the year because they are so delicious.
