Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat germ
  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

Bread Sticks Mix and knead wheat germ, whole-wheat flour, milk, oil, honey, and salt together. Cut dough and roll into sticks (about 1 heaping tablespoon each). Roll in sesame seeds or sprinkle seeds on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with honey butter. Honey Butter Mix butter and honey until smooth.
