Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

1 cup whole-wheat flour 1 cup unbleached flour 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 pound butter 1⁄2 pound sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

Instructions

Cream butter well. Then mix in grated cheese and salt, sugar and flours. This is a stiff dough. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake.
