Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
A delicious biscuit with the sassy taste of cheddar.
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
Cream butter well. Then mix in grated cheese and salt, sugar and flours. This is a stiff dough. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake.
