Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses make this bread zesty and flavorful.
- 1/2 pound medium cheddar (grated)
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Combine cheese, flour and salt. Beat eggs and add to cheese mixture. Stir in milk and then melted butter. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
