Cheese Bread

Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses make this bread zesty and flavorful.

Ingredients

1⁄2 pound medium cheddar (grated) 1⁄2 pound monterey jack cheese (grated) 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 1 1⁄3 cups milk 1⁄2 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

Combine cheese, flour and salt. Beat eggs and add to cheese mixture. Stir in milk and then melted butter. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
