A savory and cheesy bread.
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese (grated)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/3 cup milk (or cream or half and half)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
Mix cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder (if desired) and slightly beaten eggs. Add milk and butter. Mix and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
