Cheese Loaf

A savory and cheesy bread.

Ingredients
1⁄2 pound cheddar cheese (grated)
1⁄2 pound monterey jack cheese (grated)
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 1⁄3 cups milk (or cream or half and half)
1⁄2 cup butter (melted)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Mix cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder (if desired) and slightly beaten eggs. Add milk and butter. Mix and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
