An airy and creamy version of this light and delicious favorite.
Place eggs, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in blender. Blend until just combined. Slowly pour milk and cream into this mixture. Blend until smooth. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into pre-warmed muffin pan. Cut cheese into 12 equal pieces. Place one piece in each cup and top with remaining batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400º
