Ingredients

3 eggs 1⁄4 cup flour 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper 16 ounces creamed corn (1 can) 1⁄2 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons oil

Instructions

Combine eggs, flour, pepper, corn, salt and oil; mix well. Fry like pancakes on lightly greased hot griddle. Makes 18 (4-inch) fritters.
